Malam Jabba (also Maalam Jabba) is a Hill Station in the Karakorammountain range nearly 40 km from Saidu Sharif in Swat Valley, Peshawar, Pakistan. It is 314 km from Islamabad and 51 km from Saidu Sharif Airport.

Malam Jabba is home to the only ski resort in Pakistan.^[1] The area also contains twoBuddhist stupas and six monasteries that are scattered around the resort. The presence of the monuments at such a height indicates that the area has been inhabited for over 2000 years.

Two trekking trails are located near the Malam Jabba resort. The first passes through the Ghorband Valley and Shangla Top and starts about 18 km from the resort. The other trail passes through the Sabonev Valley and is about 17 km from the resort

Malam Jabba is home to the most popular ski resort of Pakistan. Located located nearly 40km from Saidu Sharif in Swat Valley, NWFP, Malam Jabba is a popular destination for tourists in winter as well as in summer. The distance from Islamabad by road is 314 Kilometers and 51 Kilometers from Saidu Sharif Airport. The PTDC resort at Malam Jabba has a ski slope of about 800m which is facilitated with a chairlift. The highest point of the slope is 2,804 m (9,200 feet) above sea level. There is a smaller slope with ski-lift for amateur skiers as well. The resort is equipped with snow clearing equipment and roller/ice skating rinks. The motel at the resort has elegantly furnished rooms and the restaurant offers both local and international cuisine.
